Acetaminophen (Tylenol) Dosage for Infants and Children

  • Fever can be a sign of serious illness. If your child is acting ill, please contact your child’s pediatrician.
  • Find right dose on chart.
  • Do not use more than one product containing Acetaminophen at the same time.
  • If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age.
  • Do not give more than directed.
  • If needed, repeat dose every 6-8 hours. Do not use more than 4 times a day.
